THEFT ON THURSDAY - Ann Purser

Theft on Thursday (Lois Meade Mysteries) Theft on Thursday by Ann Purser

My rating: 3 of 5 stars
This book is from the list put out by the Independent Mystery Booksellers Association.
A light hearted and enjoyable murder mystery set in a small English village and the sleuth is a modern day version of Miss Marple.
Lois runs a small cleaning business in the village and helps out her old admirer and adversary - Chief Inspector Hunter Cowgill.
This time a new minister arrives in the village and so starts a web of intrigue and bigotry, involving the vicar and the new young choir master.
